French M-65 Tankman's Radio Helmet Liner
This is a French Model 1965 tankman’s radio helmet liner (sous-casque radio char). It is made from hard green plastic with the sides slightly cut out to accommodate head phones. The interior has green cotton webbing designed after the American M-1 helmet. At the back is a leather neck shield meant to hold communication wires. The liner was manufactured by the Jean Galland company in 1968.
