This is a United States M-1 liner from the Cold War era (1947-1991). The liner belonged to a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) organization. It features the VFW insignia on the front. The rest of the shell is painted white. On the inside is a piece of tape with the name Captain Bob written on it. The liner was produced by the Firestone Tire & Rubber Company.
