Italian Antiaircraft Militia M-28 Tropical Helmet with Goggles

This helmet is a Fascist Italian Model 1928. It is covered in tan cloth and features the Italian antiaircraft militia insignia of the second regiment embroidered in gold bullion. The badge features the Italian fasces which is underscored by crossing cannons. Embroidered wings extend on either side of crossing cannons indicating the antiaircraft militia. Attached to the front is a pair of goggles manufactured by Brev C. Ratti.
