This is a Yugoslavian PC99 paratrooper helmet from the Cold War (1947-1991). The shell of the helmet is painted a light green color and is made from fiberglass.¹ On the inside is a cloth suspension liner with a leather sweatband. The liner also has a leather neck flap and cloth chinstrap. FACE is written on a part of the liner.
