508th Airborne RCT M-1 Liner named to John Brian
This M-1 plastic liner belonged to John Brian, a paratrooper in the 508th Airborne Regimental Combat Team. The International Molded Plastics Company made the liner during World War II, but it was issued to Brian during the Korean War. The 508th ARCT insignia on the right was created in 1951 and features a mythical blue wyvern. The top appears to have bullet hole damage.
