This U.S. Navy Admiral’s visor hat is made of green wool (green denotes Aviation branch) with a mohair hatband and black wool visor. The front features a pre-May 1941 silver and gold bullion Navy insignia. To distinguish this Admiral’s visor from a lower rank, two rows of bullion oak leaves were added on the visor.
