This is a Cold War era (1947-1991) Swiss side cap. It is piped in a yellow synthetic material and has a black and gold tassel attached to the top. The inside is inscribed with the name "Rud. Senn." The Schweiz. Uniformenfabrik AG/Fabrique Suisse D'Uniformes SA manufactured the cap.
