Waffen-SS Officer's M-43 Field Cap

This German Model 1943 field cap belonged to an officer in the Waffen-SS during World War II (1939-1945). It is made of field green gabardine with white piping and two pebbled silver buttons. The front is adorned with a woven cloth totenkopf (death’s head) and SS service eagle.
