German Medic's M-35 Helmet with Large Red Cross Insignia
This Model 1935 was worn by a German Army medic during World War II (1939-1945). The Red Cross insignia was hand painted using a stencil and extends all the way down the front, back, and each side. German medics did not have a regulation for their insignia.
