British Royal Navy Sailor's Cap of the HMS Kent

This is a British Royal Navy sailor’s cap from the Cold War era (1947-1991). The cap features a black tally, tied into a bow on the left side, with the ship name “H.M.S. Kent”, in gold lettering. The H.M.S. Kent was a destroyer in service between 1963 and 1980. On the inside is an elastic chinstrap. The name W. Livingston is written on the liner.
