U.S. Navy White Enlisted Man's Visor Hat
This is a United States Navy enlisted man's visor hat from the Cold War era (1947-1991). The hat features a Navy enlisted cap badge on the front, which is currently only worn by women personnel but between 1975 to 1985 was worn by all enlisted personnel.1 A plastic chinstrap is attached to the front by a set of silver buttons embossed with Navy insignia. On the inside is a Bancroft manufacturer's stamp.
