This is a Czechoslovakian Model-30 helmet from World War II (1939-1945). The helmet features a brown shell with a set of four vent holes on either side of the helmet. On the right side of the helmet is an unknown decal. This type of helmet was usually used by civil defense units, indicating that the decal may be that of a factory guard or other civil defense organization.1 On the inside is a leather suspension liner. There is also a set of chinstrap bales though the helmet is missing its chinstrap.
