This is an Italian 3rd Alpine Infantry cap. It is made from green felt and features a black stitched alpine infantry badge on the front. The 3rd regiment designation is given by the green “3” within the bugle. At the bottom of the insignia is a cap band that extends around the cap’s circumference. A wavy black chevron is attached on the left side.
