Italian Lt. Colonel's Tank Crew Tropical Field Cap
This cap represents the type worn by Italian tank crewmen during World War II (1939-1945). Featured on the front is an embroidered tank, or carri armato, badge that consists of a flaming grenade (pointed up) over two crossing canons. The left side has two golden stars in a gold border indicative of the lieutenant colonel rank.1
