This is a British artillery officer’s coloured field service cap from World War II (1939-1945). The cap is made from dark blue and red wool. It features an artillery badge on the left side with the motto “Ubique” (Everywhere), which is the motto of the Royal Regiment of Artillery. On the front are two buttons bearing the British coat of arms.
