This visor hat is an early type worn by lower ranks of the Hitler Youth.  It is made from tan cloth with a single row of red piping around the crown.  The piping identifies the Oberbann Nr. 1.1  Featured on the front are an early pattern eagle national emblem along with an enamel Hitler Youth diamond insignia.  The interior has an oilcloth lining with the maker designation "Alkero," for Albert Kempf.
