French Embroidered Kepi for Pharmacist General
This is the kepi worn by a Pharmacist General (Pharmacien générale). Also a part of the health service, the gold embroidery on the cap band is quite similar to Medical Generals, featuring acanthus leaves and serpent. The difference lies in the dark green velvet cap band, as opposed to the dark red worn by Medical Generals. This kepi dates to the 1970s.
