French General Administrator of Navy Affairs Visor Cap named to Michel Jacquier
This is a French Administrateurs des Affaires maritimes (Administrators of Navy Affairs) general administrator's visor cap from the Cold War era (1947-1991). The cap features a gold embroidered naval officer's cap badge on the front. Below the badge is a double corded gold chinstrap attached to the front by a set gold buttons embossed with the flag officer's insignia. Around the middle of the cap is an embroidered cap band similar to those worn by flag rank officers. On the inside is a manufacturer's label for G. Girard.
