This is a Czechoslovakian Financial Guard (Finanční stráže) Model 1930 steel helmet from the 1930s-1940s. It has a smooth black paint finish and features a silver financial guard insignia on the front. Ventilation to the helmet is provided by the pair of vent holes on each side, similar to those used by the German M-34 and Luftschutz civil helmets of the same period.
