This is a Queen's Own Highlanders glengarry.  It has a two piece badge. The topmost piece is of a crown surrounded by a thistle, and the bottommost piece is a stag's head, under which a scroll reads "Cuidich'n Righ" ("Help the King").  Blue feathers sit behind the thistle-and-crown piece. A small red pom sits top-center of the cap.
