French Service Kepi for Brigadier General

This late 1930s/World War II kepi was worn by an Army Brigadier General. The body is made from olive green wool and features two silver stars on the front. The chinstrap is adorned with the characteristic oak leaf and acorn embroidery worn by French Generals, although the side buttons are unmarked.
