This is an Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Navy visor hat from the early Cold War era (1947-1991). The hat is light khaki and is missing the frontal cap insignia. A black chinstrap is attached to the front by a set of gold buttons embossed with anchors, the navy emblem.
