This helmet is a unique non-combat aluminum version of the French Model 1915 Adrian. It was given to “Capitaine Berger,” a veteran of the First World War, and has a gold veteran’s plate attached to the front visor. The infantry flaming grenade badge includes three chevrons that denote the Captain rank. Also included is an officer’s braided chinstrap.
